Our first preorder opens on September 7 at 7:00 AM PT and closes on September 17 at 7:00 PM PT. Orders must be placed before the preorder window closes.

Untamed is brand new, and a preorder allows us to produce intentionally based on what is actually ordered rather than beginning with large amounts of inventory. It helps us steward this first collection wisely while still offering the full range of available colors and sizes.

Yes. Payment is collected at checkout when your preorder is placed.

Not from this preorder. Once the window closes, ordering for the Heritage Collection will temporarily close while we move into production and fulfillment. Future availability will be announced separately.

Because preorder items are produced based on submitted orders, changes or cancellations may be limited once your order has been processed. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Because the Heritage Collection is launching as a preorder, orders will not ship immediately. Once the preorder window closes on September 17, we’ll move into production and fulfillment.

Yes. Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package from us to you.

If something goes wrong while your package is on its way to you, please reach out to us. We’ll review the tracking information and work with you to determine the appropriate next step.

Yes. You can mix available products, sizes, and colors within the same preorder. Simply choose the options you want on each product page and add them to your cart.

We never want someone’s ability to access biblical encouragement or resources to depend on whether they can buy a shirt. If something we create helps point you toward Jesus, then it has already served its purpose.
